Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days after shipment, for an estimated total of 6–11 business days. Standard U.S. shipping is free, and tracking is provided when available.
Water resistance varies by product. Please check each product description for material and care details. Unless a product page specifically says waterproof, do not treat it as waterproof.Our backpacks are made with water-resistant materials to protect your essentials from light rain and everyday conditions.
We do not advertise a separate product warranty. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled under our Return and Refund Policy—contact us promptly so we can help.Yes, all GGPAPS backpacks are backed by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Eligible unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We do not offer direct exchanges; return the item and place a new order after the return is accepted. See our Return and Refund Policy for complete conditions.
